How We’re Supporting Our People
At Velocity, as I’m sure is the case with your own company, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families, and communities.
In alignment with our Enterprise Resiliency Plan that was implemented in early March, all of our employees around the world have been asked to work from the safety of their own home. With our highly-distributed global workforce and many of our employees typically working remotely already, this shift hasn’t compromised our ability to remain connected, productive, and to work securely. We continue to deliver the highest levels of support, communication, performance, and availability.
We’ve also asked our teams to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible. We’re postponing our in-person events and trade shows, while turning some into virtual events. We’re not letting this pandemic stop us from connecting with you and the rest of the world--even if it means doing so over a video call.
How We’re Supporting Our Customers
For our 800+ team members, the effects of the pandemic have instilled an even deeper passion and commitment to our customers' success.
Over the past 15 years, we’ve engineered our infrastructure to be highly resilient and flexible, and the well-developed and rehearsed Resiliency Plan we have in place gives our customers confidence that the services they rely on will continue to perform uninterrupted. Our Business Continuity Program Task Force is at work and focused on ensuring we can continue to provide you with the highest level of service.
We also realize that our customers may be facing an increased reliance on our services during this period, and they may need higher capacity than normal. You may also be looking to enhance your own business continuity plans or to better enable your employees to work remotely in a secure manner. Know that our entire team is here to support you, and that our services are scaled to handle any additional volume, continuity, and needs driven by your remote workforce.

Most importantly, we’re committed to doing whatever it takes to support those whose lives have been impacted by this pandemic and those on the frontlines. Everyone is being impacted by this pandemic in different ways, and everyone deserves the chance to come out of this stronger than ever before. That’s why we have reached out to the charities we have partnered with to ask how we can be of assistance. We’ve also committed to making financial contributions to support them in this time of need.
During this time of uncertainty, we want to close with this reminder: We are all here for you. This moment reminds us that we’re all tightly connected like never before.
